* VAPOR CHAMBER HEAT SINK
In a vacuum chamber, working fluid evaporates due to heating. Then it moves from the base to the radiating area, where vaporized fluid is cooled into condensate. Finally, condensed fluid returns to the heat source under capillary action. Using this cycle, heat is transferred withing the heat sink.
